We identified a logistical issue in our educational institution that directly affected the efficiency of space
allocation for educational purposes, resulting in disruptions and internal conflicts among the faculty and
administrative members of the institution. As a solution, we developed a system with two interfaces,
aiming to provide greater autonomy and freedom to users who wish to reserve these spaces, while
simultaneously reducing the workload of the teams responsible for this process. In this article, we will
outline the methodology employed and present the results achieved, with the goal of providing a
replicable solution for this challenge. We hope to enhance productivity through this initiative.
